We'll visit your home to gather all the details and take professional property photographs in one convenient appointment. We'll be able to give you a guide price on the spot or over the phone following the meeting.

Our fees

Two simple options

We offer two options for our fees. Choose to sell exclusively with us and pay just 1% or list your property with multiple agencies and pay 1.5%.

Sole Agency

1.5% +VAT (minimum £1,500 fee)

Multi Agency

2% +VAT (minimum £3,000 fee)
